2022 Vocational Training International Seminar –The Future Forecast for Smart Manufacturing & Green Interdisciplinary Talent Vocational Training
為使我國勞動力發展接軌國際，汲取最新國際勞動力發展訊息與經驗，勞動部勞動力發展署於2022年8月30日至31日辦理2天國際論壇，邀請來自國內外講座及相關產官學代表，透過實體結合網路線上視訊方式齊聚與會，共同就後疫情時代的職業訓練趨勢，以及綠色能源驅動之技能發展，齊聚交流未來職訓及國際機構發展方向。
講者簡介
Aditya Ramkrishna 副總及數位工業總經理
台灣西門子
Since 2008, Aditya has held various roles at Siemens in sales, business development, marketing, product management, and strategy in the automation business in Germany, the U.S., and Asia. He is passionate about driving the digital transformation at customer sites with international teams.
深耕工業4.0及智慧科技的專業人才培育，一直以來都非常注重產學合作，結合專業理論與實務經驗讓學生從中學習，以提升競爭力。2014年，引進結合德國雙軌教育及西門子專業知識的西門子機電整合系統認證至台灣，投入產學合作推動人才發展已超過十年，自 2018 年開始，攜手台北市政府和台北市技術型高中推出全方位數位職人培訓計畫，成功建構多元且學用合一的技職教育環境和企業見習媒合平台，2021年攜手高雄市教育局，在高雄高工成立南台灣首座「自動化技術訓練中心」。與學研法人單位、等密切合作，開發數位雙胞胎Digital應用範例，達到成功產業數位轉型的典範轉移。
Lluís PRATS 處長
歐盟執委會就業總署國際處
Lluís PRATS (Barcelona) is a Member of the Barcelona Bar Association and MBA (Trinity College Dublin). He worked in the Spanish National and Local Administrations and joined the European Commission in 1995, where for the past 22 years he had several responsibilities in the Directorate-General for External Relations and in the DG for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. He is currently the Head of Unit for International Issues in the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, promoting the external dimension of EU employment and social policies.
受到氣候暖化影響，世界各國經歷破紀錄的熱浪與寒害，氣候中和不再是選項，而是必要之務，為此，歐盟因應氣候變遷挑戰，推動歐洲新政，引領歐盟走上綠色轉型的道路，最終目標是在2050年達成淨零碳排。
為了讓這項政策適用所有人，綠色新政中訂定公正轉型原則，確保轉型過程中不遺落任何人，歐盟將投入實際資金支持這項承諾，協助社區轉型來因應氣候中和環境，歐盟致力於提供完善的職業教育及技能訓練制度。

Since 2017 Axel Limberg has served as the Chief Representative of the official delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Taiwan and as Executive Director of the German Trade Office Taipei. Mr. Limberg has 18 years of experience in the energy business, where he was active from 1999 to 2017 at one of the major German energy utilities. During the period from 2010 to 2016 he also has served as the President of the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In this role he was responsible for investments in renewable energies in the Czech Republic. Mr. Limberg holds a degree in Public Administration, and he studied law at the University of Hanover. He passed the second state examination in law in 1998.
德國經濟辦事處2022年順利地在台灣推動了第一屆歐洲能源專業人員培訓課程。這門「源自德國」的專業證照培訓課程，提供完整且專業的高效能源技術及企業能源管理內容，不但能幫助企業優化再生能源及能源效率的潛能，也能積極地為台灣的永續發展貢獻一份力量。
